I suspect that any listing on the NASDAQ would involve a 1 for 2 share consolidation to make it work.
I know there have been many who have raised concerns that a consolidation would weaken the overall MC. I am not sure that a consolidation paired with a NASDAQ dual listing would be harmful though. I can see serious benefits with a consolidation - not least of all the abilty for IMU to raise funds in the future.
