This is a bit of a rookie question, but I have been wondering for some time...
Milestone 1 of the deferred consideration of the Vaxinia acquisition (for Paul Hopper) is predicated on CF33 receiving IND approval. However, if CF33 doesn't receive "Allowance of IND application by USFDA" by the 30th June 2021 deadline... what happens to those shares?
