Hi @Outlander2 and @Taureanbull, Any thoughts on whether OnCARlytics Phase 1 could automatically start at a higher dose level as a result of the proven safety of CF33 in the Vaxinia/CheckVacc trials? Or will it also have to start low and go through a dose escalation?
My gut feel is that it will also have to start at very low dose levels and go through escalation as it is a slightly different flavour of CF33.
