Sorry Slick, that's just not true. If everyone tried to capitalise on a SP rise, there would be no SP rise. Its not just you, but the constant reprimanding of shareholders for not taking advantage of the 2021 SP rise "only got yourselves to blame etc ..." is a fallacious argument. Share prices only get to run because shareholders hold. As soon as they all try to take advantage of a run, the run vanishes / reverses.



Also, I'm not sure about crediting management's actions based on the SP run. It ran because management (both Paul "golden goose" and Leslie "dance cards full") spruiked the HER-Vaxx results. Nothing has come of this, and so the SP has reversed. The problem is that Paul's subsequent capital raise actions and Leslie's abject failure to garner BP interest (plus her failure to attract institutional investors - SP has declined further after every Australian + US road show), have meant that the SP has exacerbated the decline.

Biotech is risky. Shareholders take on the risk of clinical trial failure. What they shouldn't have to risk is management not accurately assessing the attractiveness of clinical trial results, management diverting shareholder wealth to anonymous "supporters" and management being poor at attracting investors.
