It's also my understanding that Yuman only agreed to license CF33 to Imugene on the condition that it would not be shelved and rightly so. Does this mean a takeover is completely off the table? Surely there could be clauses (and they would have to be rock solid) but yes, it does get more complicated.

I would prefer a licensing deal as well but the lower the share price the better position BP is in to negotiate either way so.....

It will be fascinating to see how it plays out. The longer BP wait the more expensive it becomes (provided the data is what we think it is). Ideally, we'll be at the negotiating table with and FDA Fast track approval and a healthy cash balance.

Hopefully we get an interim readout from the MAST trial soon as alluded to in the recent Bell Potter report and we get an update from Yuman himself in a few weeks.
