what I’m saying is the increase in renumeration is warranted if mistakes are not made and the company is doing there utmost to increase shareholder value whether you have 1 million invested or 500 dollars , the cr structure was extremely poor and one of the worst I’ve ever seen , surely the bod have to be made accountable somehow so it doesn’t happen again, the percentage weighting for performance is weighted to low as far as the mc value imo as 10% should be higher imo.
As far as Leslie goes she also has many more good staff to delegate workload , she would not be doing 30% more work imo , does she work harder? probably not as she is no doubt a workaholic anyway , there are only so many hours in one day
