Yep - as we expected - there was no updated data on the Vaxinia patients. What we did receive was more detail of the 31 October data previously released. I've commented on that in my posts on the Webinar thread.

However - I just realised there is one extra piece of new information!

The slide deck emailed to shareholders this morning is not actually identical to the slide deck Leslie used in her presentation. For those who can log in and see the recoding of the session, the slide actually used is somewhat shorter, but the thing which jumps out at me is the slide on the MAST trial dosage cohorts. I refer to Slide 20 in the deck emailed out, and the equivalent slide (number 16) in the actual presentation (for those who can see the recorded version).

The version emailed out this morning shows that the MAST trial is still dosing at Cohort 4 (1 x 10⁸) in the Intra-tumoural arm and Cohort 5 (3 x 10⁸) in the IV arm. That's as per the company announcement back on 2 November, when they announced that the IV arm had cleared Cohort 4 and was now starting on Cohort 5.

However - when you look at the actual side deck used in the JP Morgan event, slide 16 shows the Intra-tumoral arm is now also at Cohort 5. Here is a screen shot:

And indeed, in her talk this morning, Leslie stated that "we are roughly at a highest dose at this time in Cohort 5" (from 7:16 in the recording).

SO we have not had an Announcement of this - but clearly the IT arm of the study has now also cleared Cohort 4 successfully, and is now at Cohort 5.

This is significant good news. Clearly still no dose limiting safety issues - and as Leslie says in the webinar - even at the mid dose levels we are seeing a "long longevity of persistence of response rate." She also confirms that the Complete Responder in Bile Duct cancer is still alive, more than 430 days after starting treatment.
