Words are important and used wisely can convey the meaning we are aiming for in our communications with others, a word that Leslie used in the latest Proactive video from the ASX small and midcap conference caught my attention, that word being Triangulation.

When we look at the sentence that Leslie used this word in it does give us some clues as to her meaning.
Quote;”We are looking to triangulating on certain indications that could get us a earlier registrational or to market sort of strategy with our programs”.
While this statement looks reasonably innocuous, it appears to be saying that they will be using data from all of their programs to present to FDA a collaboration of data that indicates the combination of drugs that being CF33 and Acer-cel used in the treatment of solid tumours is extremely effective in fighting solid tumour diseases.

In other words the multitude of diseases involving solid tumours can be treated as one indication.

I have not heard of the FDA approving a combination of drugs in many indications, this would seem to be a highly unlikely scenario, of course when Yuman Fong said in a roadshow that Imugene asked the FDA if they could run a trial in IT and IV and in combination with another drug and in several indications of disease, he could hardly believe the FDA said yes, anything is possible.

Of course this theory could be the ramblings of a less than moderately intelligent individual, however if this were to be their strategy, OMG where will this go too, as Leslie advised in the video, the pretty large market size for something like this.
