There was rumour of a T/O for HER-Vaxx which probably explain the overvaluation of the MC. However, HER-Vaxx wasn't even close to completion of Ph2 clinical trial but it does show how much money IMU's IP is and they have 5 of them.
LC mentioned data cut will be done when there are major conference as they are very expensive to do, this occurred in November last year but didn't occurred in the next major conference 5 months later so I'm not sure how you counted two, the next one is in 4 weeks time when the last cohort would be on the dosage for 4 months.
PH sold at 7.5c when the pps already dropped to 30% so he didn't caused this given the amount of shares traded in those 2 weeks.
