Yes I can see the drift in your post - incidentally so has FDA ... in Project Optimus in that it no longer plays the ultimate YES/NO card holder but is reforming its approach to ensure companies deliver their drug optimally to then have a better chance and in fact a fairer chance in companies' favour.
