Which is why I said IMU will take the opportunity for a share consolidation if they want to be list on the NASDAQ, the MC valuation will stays the same but share structure will changes with the pps. Any selling by seller who sell due to the consolidation even though the MC valuation stays the same will be balance out by the buyers from the NASDAQ buyers......it's like the sellers think they have less shares on their portfolio after the consolidation so the MC is worth less, hence they sell or they think the consolidation is done as the company need to CR.
