I do not agree. The increase in share price to 62c was due to expectations of a Hervaxx deal. Hopper would have known when it wasn't going to happen and timed his sell with that. That obviously wasn't communicated to the market but slowly the market decided there wasn't going to be a commercialisation of Hervaxx, so sold out. That was excacerbated by the shift away from speculative assets. I think you can blame management for not communicating properly of commercialization plans. They even shifted to saying that Hervaxx was always about combinations after it didn't commercialisation.
