Mum, Everyone will have plenty of time to convert options. Any special dividend is via the AGM or a special EGM. If any offer is received holders will have many months to convert.,The SP and the options will reflect the valuation of the offer. So they will have plenty of time to sell some of either shares or options to raise capital.
First phase is getting an offer and agreeing to the terms. That could take 2-3 months minimum.
