Was actually thinking over the timeline last night.

Fast track designation was granted in late November.
Cohort 5 dosed the first 2 patients in mid Jan.

Given Bile Duct Cancer in itself is relatively rare, but that the expansion is somewhat a rinse and repeat (albeit finding sites and patients), I was wondering if the mid April starting enrolment was aligned with an expected timeframe to set up the expansion, or if it was pending cohort 5 clearing.

It's interesting because if it is the latter, even though they went 2 from 2 (CR intratumourally and SD via IV) at a lower does, it would suggest signals in cohort 5 were markedly better.

There is a fair bit riding on the expansion trial, given what success or even fail might mean, so to me logically you would go in with what maximises your chances for all 10 patients vs starting at a lower dose where you already saw amazing results.

Either way the timings are all positioned very nicely given the Cholangiocarcinoma Conference.
