PH didn't need to throw in $46m. He could have reaquired all the shares he sold for less than 10% of what he sold them for. He isn't interested because there isn't a worthwhile commercial opportunity at IMU.
You could also counter any suspicion of YF selling by requesting the T20 data for yourself... You won't, because you're a joke.
