Your scenario is CVI will convert every 6 months and sell into any clinical trial updates to lower the pps for the next conversion at a minimum of 1.9c. Even if they were able to convert $4M worth of CN to max of 200M shares in 12 months time which mean the clinical trial updates hasn't been released by then, it really isn't that much shares considering over 2B shares got traded when the first clinical trial for VAXINIA was released and there will be even more interest from VAXINIA and OASIS this time.
But IMU definitely need to attract more US Instos investments which clearly didn't happened last time as seen in the recent registry to continue to buy these 1B shares from the CN for the next 5 years if there isn't a T/O. Are they eagerly waiting for the OASIS clinical trial update like LC has stated???
And yes, I agree it will be a poor CN if the clinical trial updates isn't released in the next 1-4 months and PH will be judged accordingly and he will know this.
