    Why would Hopper give retail a bite of the apple?

    Barely 50% of shareholders available shares were taken up last time.

    They were offered at discount to institutional investors, came with options, ( I sold my options for 6 cents, basically free carrying my SPP ones)

    If the whining and complaining that was going on here back then was indicative of SH in general I'm not surprised retail were left out.

    I even said retail would miss out prior to this raise.
