whilst he's no dummy, the circumstances around the convertible note cap raise shows he hasn't got 100% control of the situation. Hes always stated "raise when you can not when you have to" and in this circumstance - he most certainly had to, IMO leaving this cap raise so late and under these conditions shows he had no other option or this was the best of a bad bunch. So whilst I agree he's no dummy, I do believe things are slowly becoming out of his control. if these results aren't amazing, I don't see how we will get more cash elsewhere.
