it was sold down to that SP because at that time JCS was not a profitable company, infact had substantial losses in 14/15 its only recently since Stephen Canning, CEO of JCurve Solutions took over, he has turned the company around completely, forest field has one of the first to spot this and has done very well holding so far buying in at sub 1c levels. I think its still extremely cheap its current market cap with JCS strong cash/ net flow positive position it should prove significant upside imo.
