Areyou a HSEQ Advisor with Remote Project experience looking for your nextchallenge?

Excitingtimes to join us as the HSEQ Advisor who will encourage a culture ofhealth, safety, quality and respect for the environment across ourorganisation.

Witha focus on safety first, this role will take responsibility for assistingin executing Project HSEQ plans, processes and tools which support the deliveryof the HSEQ strategy and targets.

Additionally,this role involves supporting, mentoring and challenging service line personnelat the operational in field level in order to continuously deliver satisfactoryHSEQ results and culture.

Thisrole is a FIFO roster.

Lengthof rotation will vary depending on COVID-19 restrictions.

Are you the right person for the role?

weare looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years experience within remote civil construction projects
• Cert 1V in Workplace Health & Safety and a Cert IV in Environmental or relevant qualifications.
• Integrated Management Systems experience with good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO140001 and ISO45001 including HSEQ Auditor and inspection experience
• Understanding of HSEQ Risk Management Systems
• HSEQ Program development and program delivery
• Excellent communication skills including coaching and ability to negotiate and influence change while establishing effective working relationships with key stakeholders
• Proactive approach in problem solving and identifying solutions to reduce risk in the workplace and undertake audits and inspections of various workplaces
• Well developed written and communication skills with experience in providing high quality reports, drafting policies and relevant documentation
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise their work tasks to meet deadlines and travel to various work location as and when required.
