FMA and others . Appologies.I thought that SLR had forwards but after boneing up on Les and having a deep look at The company I remember why I did not have any shares as they rush about and from the last years accounts it looks as if they do not get good prices per ounce for sales of gold and the needed approx 70,000 ounces to make $11.782 Mill post tax profit. That means it will take a massive lick of resourses even excluding the lower grade Murchison just to pay for the current fully diluted market capitalisation.
Is this share basically over priced?
In My opinion, see my other posts,I believe the gold price will fall. Murchison seems to have lower grades so if a gold price fall continues the rate of profit from there could be small.
RMS was where I was. However I am in cash now in the main so I would benefit from a big fall in the Gold Price. There were too many bulls in the Gold Price and the majority are usually wrong so I sold. Best wishes to you Fish
