Many beers to contemplate what is happening here and I have come up with a left field thought.
Orexplore doesn't float. KS takes it private. Cost of listing and no apparent commercialisation makes for a terrible prospectus. Shareholder can liquidate their holdings in DDH1 hence if you have 15 percent and you honestly believe Orexplore is the future you can access can to own it.
