Having read the annual reports of past four years i understand your doubts. However i believe change is for real this time.During 2021 bz year Surface RC drilling division has been sold; Engineering department turned from a cost centre into an already profitable centre through the sale of homemade rigs. Orexplore again slated for demerger, by year end...In my view mgmt and board would lose all credibility if they did not proceed with it now. Anyway i'll be sending a paper on SWK to a PE firm's partner shortly (US$ 1B per fund).
