Wasn't his holding more a securities loan arrangement, he didn't really buy the shares, just borrowed them and the voting rights? The woke warrior surely understood that even under the best circumstances replacing base load coal with renewables was a decade(s) long undertaking. And I am all for nuclear, except for the problem is that safety and engineering will get compromised by political opportunist and the white shoe spivs in government contracting.
