In the past, nominees companies used to sit back and allowed the masses (shareholders not shareholding’s) vote to determine the direction of the company.
The types like him, simply had the luxury to gain the ears of BOD and management team.
He has more options to invest in other sharemarkets entities beside a supposedly Public company.
He is an environmental dictator afforded by the dodgy poll voting system.
It is supposedly a Public company and it started of with one vote per shareholder… and it the only sharemarket entity that the plebs can participate in and used to have an effective say.
