Why is Austral Resources potentially more than $1bn Company!!!!

Austral Capex moving forward are very minimal and all future mining operation for the next 3 years are open pitable - which means minimal or no Sustaining Capex.

WHY is Austral $1bn in the next 12-18 months!!!

1. Anthill cashflow positive and producing at steady state - CY run rate EBITDA $50-$A70m
2. Lady Colleen Open Pit mine - we believe based on our analysis and will wait to see official publish results = 2.6MT @1.9% Copper
A. Copper Sold for the next 3.5 years from Lady Colleen starting 12 months Jan24 should be = 45,000 @ 1500T per month @ 92%recovery
B. 45,000T @ A$13000 per tonnes, total sale revenue = A$585m additional revenue starting January 2024 to June 2026 from Lady Colleen
C. Royalty + mining cost (including crushing and grinding) + refining charge +processing cost of $25/t = A$380m in cost
D. Strip ratio 10-15 : 1 so already baked in our cost

We have a business in AR1 that will generate an additional (A$ 585m - A$380m ) =A$205m Free cash additional on-top of Anthill cash flow . This is circa A$6.8 to A$7m additional cash generated at this levels (if we all believe the banks and GS report and Global Macros you can do the sums for increase in Copper price). Maybe we be conservative and increase cost by 15% = Total all in cost for Lady Colleen increase to A$437m. Now A$585 - A$437 =A$148 cash @ A$5m a month

Based on the above Anthill + LC EBIDTA should PA = A$60 + A$109m = A$169m EBITDA per CY

Valuation A$169m x6 (look at Sandfire) = A$1.014bn

Folks this doesn't even include all the existing resources AR1 own of more than +300kt contained copper - and potentially AR1 can/will show +10 year mine life and will discover additional resources.
