If BNB goes into administration BBIS the RE will be still part of the BNB group. Administration does not signal the death of the BNB group. It is my experience that administrations of this size and complexity will take many years.
Along as BBI contines to pay the management fee BBIS will remain solvent. While the adinistration continues BBIS will be part of the BNB grooup, hence no trigger.
Not a lawyer but appears logical.
I really am going work now.
