why is bhp not 14$

in 2002 bhp earnings per share ca 48 in 2003 ca 45 cents
analyst forecasted earning for 2016 -17 under 70 cents and those nr most likely going much lower ..
analysts been chasing share price lower not other way around ..
also dividend of more than a dollar above earnings plus dam collapse ..
so is bhp going to borrow to pay dividend .
and any one who think iron ore going back to above a 100 per tonne anytime soon like in
next 3 years must be smoking something ..
if bhp makes 70 cents highest forecast per share wich i doubt,, that on a pe of 20
is 14 and earnings could creep lower stay low for longer then they will be forced to cut dividend
not cheap at all
