I'd be cautious on giving advice to accumulate BUBS in advance of the 2021 Annual Report.
A2M came out and aired their dirty laundry prior to EOFY, but BUBS haven't done that yet.
It is more likely that the surprises in the 2021 Annual Report will be nasty, not nice.
Expect the Shorters to accumulate positions between now and August in advance of fundamental downward pressure on the price following the 2021 Annual Report.
The only way forward for BUBS is with SAMR, they are totally dead without it.
Now the Beingmate JV has been dissolved, IT will be working furiously on the next best option, so that IT can try to announce a new JV as part of Annual Report to smokescreen poor FY21 performance. IT will have to pay a handsome sum of money to a Chinese manufacturer to buy a SAMR position, so don't think BUBS is flash with cash at the moment either.
The true trend reversals that will come are via two possible milestones :
1) If IT signs a deal with a Respectable Chinese Party - Beingmate is not respectable and everyone knew it !. The signing of the deal could be anytime between now and December 2021.
2) If SAMR is then approve following the deal. This will take about 12-18 months following signing a deal, so December 2022 - June 2023.
If BUBS haven't announced a SAMR Partner as part of 2021 Annual Report I suspect you can accumulate at < $0.30 later in August.
