The Beingmate JV primary objective was SAMR. The Cross Border Trade ( Alibaba, JD.com etc ) was likely wrapped up to sweeten the deal, but make no mistake the Beingmate relationship was to deliver SAMR.
Trust me, BUBS will be working on a new plan for SAMR. The e-commerce market is insignificant compared to SAMR market.
