It's disappointing, but let's look at the big picture.
The trading halt request, was for a licence agreement negotiation ( ie one licence)
Previous updates stated, advanced licence in negotiations in US for SUDA 001
It appears to me the company requested the trading halt, for a SUDA001 deal.
Obviously the other party needs more time.
And SUDA did not want to remain in trading halt or suspension.
This means Suda001 is very close, and that's why Carter is in the US.
