Sadly the request for TH didn't quite make sense however there's little doubt todays Ann wasn't what they proposed to release. I'd say a deal has stuffed up at the 11th hour.
IE. requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the time that the Company’s licence agreement negotiations (are completed???) and the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 13 September 2018;
it remains a very sad, frustrating and angry affair being a shareholder of this company.
