The market was underwhelmed and only $56m less a few million for costs was raised with the lions share $50m going to the underwriter with a dismal $6m being taken up by retail punters and directors who also used the loan stock program to take a modest holding relevant to their entitlement , even more telling was the lack of participation by the top 3 Chinese stake holders.

Then we have the $100m loan that was only going to take 2 weeks that is now months overdue. This loan was also the preferred option to dilution at low prices as not being in share holders best interests. We'll if that was the case why would they now be benchmarking the share price at $1.50 with a placement to raise a paltry $30k.
