Its a vote grabber now, wait in 12-24 months then see how reality views some of the spending and what desperate people are willing to do.
I can see why they would not be worried about those too much from elsewhere overseas on visas and what not because believe me funding will be a fireball political issue in two years or so and everything will be scrutinised!!!
