plenty of omega 3 in hemp oil seeds ,the plants they use you could smoke a ton and have no effect..easy to grow and a great rotational crop like canola.. walk into Tesco's in the UK and you can get hemp bread and the fibre's are great for textiles (clothing) but don't need water except for rainfall unlike cotton.. sorry bit off topic .:)
