I agree that there appears to be some "interesting market dynamics" about this stock and you are right that any movement is greeted with enthusiastic volume on the ask.
There is something though - they are cashed up, forecasting profits and in a market which would appear to have a number of opportunities for consolidation. Provided they move reasonably promptly, they could do a couple of quick moves and build value .... or else they could just be jerking around.
