Reason for the decline in the share price is explained in the annual report by reading through the lines.

The company has drawn down a 150 million facility which is due in Dec 12.

Unless the company is able to repay, extend or replace there is a concern about the company being able to operate as a going concern.

This is probably why the shareprice has been languishing were it is. The faint at heart and the risk averse have sold are selling down/out.

The risk takers on the other hand might consider this to be a risk worth taking.

Until this issue has been resolved the stock will stay at these levels, however once it has been resolved in favour of the company I would expect a very fast recovery.
