That is certainly a valid alternative interpretation of the chart I posted. Which would just leave the question of how far the voters overshot CSL to the topside. Probably not to the extent of $35 that I'm calling. So my interpretation, ie. that there's something wrong at CSL, would need to be correct for $35 to eventuate.
There is also a bullish interpretation of CSL's long-term chart and I would guess that a majority of chartists would be long-term bullish on CSL. So I'm probably going against the charting mainstream in my bearish $35 call.
