They have been rubbish on marketing across the board. They now have a chief marketing officer, so I think this implies that the new CEO has seen the lack of marketing and wants to change it. I reckon we will start seeing some changes in the next couple of months. He has a big job ahead of him, because its almost like starting again since there is no momentum with it. Personally, I think the board has let shareholders down by not being on top of this.
You cant have retail without marketing.
As for shareholder activism. Im keen.
