fact, MP as majority shareholder and acting CEO got charged by ASIC on a serious matter.....the company failed to disclose the issue prior to it becoming public and many people found out by reading hotcopper.
fact, the Thorney group applied for securities at 35cps just prior to the ASIC events unfolding. Thorney then get let out of the agreement, but wait....there is more.... MP promises to take Thorneys shares but later gets mysteriously voted against at the ensuring EGM.
fact, lengthy delays with Beijing which the company failed to warn shareholder about until the sp had slid considerably.
these issues all highlight a company that deserves to have an element of scepticism surrounding it. yep, a great big rottweiler has been to the toilet at qtk and the whole place stinks.
