It has always been stated:

For Banks and Brokers to be able to use, to purchase for their clients...

That's the whole point,
So someone can go their Bank or Broker and ask for Cryptocurrency,
As it's through a Bank or Broker people feel safer...

Less tech savvy people can then get involved,
Some don't want to leave it on an exchange that could be hacked,
this protects them from those risks.

That is the point of Kryptos-X also,
It will be similar to the Chi-X,
A person puts a request in to their Bank or Broker,
and Kryptos-X facilitates the trade...
