ICI was originally FFG major asset.. The Directors took it out of FFG and formed ICI and left FFG a shell... S/H`s lost their money in the options as a result.... These people pay themselves a high salary and high cash burn... They are Directors of both companies and receive salaries from both... They are not a long term investment... IMO..... based on their track record...
