Not in any position to give a definitive answer but i guess its just people buying in on the news and selling as soon as it goes green..Another opinion could be that theyre holding the SP's down for other big announcements to come, scare everyone out so they can buy large chunks of shares.. ? anyone else? feel free to give feedback.
