Why are elderly that utilise their home more effectively at age not subsidised accordingly for better use of resources and saving taxpayers money??
Showering assistance is a separate cost and more relevant to nursing home.
We are talking about aged care not nursing homes
Subidises of aged care clearly are barriers to entry against superior options using enhanced technology promoting decentralisation
