Frieda is not using DSTP like Ramu. They are using tailings dams on site, Xstrata have said publically they will not be using the riverine tailings method so there is no comparison to Ok Tediand their issues. The concentrate will be pumped down a two line concentrator to a port for shipping. I think many lessons were learned from the Ok Tedi experience in PNG.
