Could it have something to do with various third parties manipulating the volume and price to keep the price down so the company CAN'T raise any capital, that will eventually strangulate and suffocate the company, bringing the assets onto the market very cheaply, or the company in need of having to accept the advances of a so-called "white knight" to stay alive that destroys the value that existing shareholders have?
It's been done before I believe.
This is all just my opinion. Not fact based. Don't rely on it for anything.
