Does that $434 million that BPC is worth include the listed options and preference shares?

Maybe BPC is not seriously thinking of buying GMF but have been thinking of making a quick buck? Buy 15% of the company, make an ambit bid for the remainder to flush out another bidder and then sell to the higher bidder.

I have no idea, I'll sit back and watch what happens.
