When the so-called referee starts acting like a grown-up, is balanced in applying their own rules, admits it has a conflict of interest with ISX, and stops being a control freak, then perhaps their resulting good behaviour might inspire this young rebellious start-up. As ASX states in their Conflict Handling Policy, ASX's values are to be Open, Trustworthy, Original and Be The Example. Not sure it is meeting those values. And I am also not sure that being that polite, puppy you are suggesting would have gotten ISX any further than they are today.

Getting back to the topic - I trust ISX, I have investigated every angle, and I intend to hold 'em.

People have lost jobs, as we know, and I suspect possibly more are about too. I am not talking about ISX jobs btw...

There are many people posting here whose motives are obviously not those of a share holder, but rather their reasons for posting have more to do with their own well being than that of the company or its share holders.

Luckily for shareholders, HC has nothing in common with the federal court, otherwise ISX would no longer exist....

IMO.....
