"Executive Director and Founder Robert Angel has sold 15.5 million ordinary shares for a market consideration of $4,426,800(=0.2856 ps, about 15% discount as the ann. released aft hr otherwise...who care). The shares have been acquired by a group of existing substantial shareholders(who is that? secret?) with a view to holding stock in Industrea for the medium to long term(you guys don't dump the stuff on the market, we don't. if you have to, find someone you know well with the similar view). Mr. Angel plans to retire from full time employment with the company on the 30th June 2007 at the age of 63(look, he wouldn't do it if still young and not retired) . He will then continue to assist the company on a consultancy basis to further develop the technology for asset management and safety monitoring systems within the mining and defense industries(of course he's still around). These systems are currently in operation at a number of major multinational mining companies and the technology expansion path includes an innovative new module for the monitoring and management of driver fatigue(more goodies coming!). The sale of these shares is part of a financial strategy to take advantage of the current government tax incentives associated with superannuation contributions prior to end of the current financial year(surely nothing to do with the currnet sp hike). Mr Angel's family still retain in excess of 18 million shares in the company after this share sale transaction(so keep yours and don't dump yet). "
