My view is that such companies are trading propositions only, not buy and forget investments. Call me old fashioned but I think that the value of a share equals the present value of all future dividends. Oceana is one of those companies that will acquire ground, cap ex, anything except pay a dividend. So you do the math. Having said that, I bought OGC at 39c and also 19c (not 22c - I have the advice letter to prove it) and sold at 88c. But a trade play only.
